I am a San Diego based birth doula and avid gardener. I became passionate about both birth and organic food when I was working on farms in Captain Cook Hawaii and Sonoma County California. I was enamored by the amazing process of life growing all around me and in that moment decided to combine two interests; fresh food and women's health. As a birth and postpartum doula I am provide wholesome food to mothers in pregnancy and postpartum nourishing their bodies and souls. I do this by providing recipes and postpartum chef services. I began my doula journey by volunteering with Hearts and Hands at UCSD where I attended births in both their labor and delivery rooms and birth center. I am also a DONA trained doula and I am familiar with Bradley Method, Hypnobirthing, and a variety of other birth education courses. I am currently a student midwife at Nizhoni Institute of Midwifery where I enjoy developing my skills and continuing my education as a birth worker.
